Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian government approved today the package of legislative amendments and changes on facilitating the order for new companies’ registration.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Armenian government, according to the amendment, they suggest presenting documents for business registration to one structure, which realizes registration procedures.

They also suggest canceling the compulsory requirement for registration of private entrepreneurs and shift to the practice of registration of individuals, dealing with entrepreneurship activity.

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian described this legislative initiative as “one of the most important reforms of 2010” and charged with making the changes available for the society by means of the media.
