Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Artsakh HPP” OJSC Board of Directors made a decision on additional placement of 1mln 400 thousand non-documentary ordinary nominal shares with the total volume of 1.4bln AMD.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC that the Board of the Company approved the terms for share placement with application of the shareholders’ rights for preferential subscription. According to the decision, “Armswissbank” CJSC is the underwriter of the share placement.

At the session, Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of NKR Spartak Tevosyan was elected Chairman of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC Board of Directors. Vahram Beglaryan continues occupying the position of the General Director of the company.
