Yerevan /Mediamax/. 85 credits have already been issued and 10 are in the process of consideration within the framework of “Affordable Dwelling for Young Families” Program. Mediamax reports that the Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Arsen Karamyan stated that the total sum of all 95 credits makes 1bln AMD. 35-37% of the received credits fall on the share of the Republic’s marzes, and Syunik and Shirak are the most active of them. By the end of the year, they plan to fully fulfill the program, the volume of which makes 3bln AMD. Arsen Karamyan did not rule out the possibility of improving certain indices of the program for 2011. At the moment, 11 commercial banks and 3 credit organizations participate in the program. Arsen Karamyan informed that a residential building of 315 apartments will be put into service for young teachers of YSU under the construction program of social orientation within the framework of the Union of YSU Alumni’s activity. The volume of the program made 6.4bln AMD. At that, the cost of one square meter area in this building makes 170 000 AMD, and this is twice lower, as compared to the market cost. The Deputy Minister noted that such programs will be realized by the Union also in the marzes of the Republic and in 2.5 years it will put into service 1000 apartments.
