Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” is the first among Armenian banks to take up the process of shifting to electronic records management. Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that the transition to electronic format of records management will be completed by the end of 2010, which will allow significantly reducing the time of document circulation, will increase efficiency of their management. “According to estimations of western consulting companies, employees of organizations spend up to 20-30% of the entire working time on fulfillment of routine paper operations. This is why the issue on the necessity of automating the records management has long become practical”, the Head of Information Technologies Department of “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” Hasmik Nersisyan stated, adding that the system of electronic records management of Mulberry has been functioning already in 25 out of 44 governmental departments of Armenia. The press service of the bank also informed that “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” has connected to MIGOM system of money transfers, noting that the system realizes instant money transfers (in USD, EUR and RR) for individuals without opening an account among CIS countries and certain western European countries. Besides MIGOM, “Areximbank – Gazprombank Group” also realizes international money transfers via “BISTRAYA POCHTA”, “LEADER”, “CONTACT” and “MONEYGRAM” systems. Tweet Views 13139
