Yerevan /Mediamax/. Within the framework of the mortgage credit development program, Artsakh Investment Fund cooperates with “Artsakhbank”, “Armbusinessbank” and “Ameriabank”.

Mediamax was informed in Artsakh Investment Fund that in 2008-2009, in order to improve the dwelling conditions, 939 citizens turned to the Fund, 752 of them were from Stepanakert and 187 – from the regions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).

31% applicants turned to the Fund in order to purchase dwelling, 13% - to build a house, 56% - to repair the apartment. In the mentioned period, 419 applications at the volume of 2334.4mln AMD were met.

The Fund noted that in the view of the global financial-economic crisis in 2009 the volumes of mortgage crediting sharply decreased.
