Yerevan/Mediamax/. Experts of Russian “Lanit” Company held presentation of American “Diebold” Company’s cash machines in Yerevan today.

Mediamax reports that “Lanit” realizes distribution, system and network integration of Diebold cash machines, carries out business consulting and training of service personnel.

According to Deputy Director of “Lanit” Banking Technologies Department Igor Kudrin, the cash machine is the “face” of the bank, attracting customers first of all visually and, depending on how successfully the transaction is realized in a particular cash machine, the customer base and the volume of the bank’s retail business is determined.

“On average, the customer uses cash machine services no less than twice a month and our task is to show that cash machines have everything necessary for both the customer and the bank to be pleased”, Kudrin stated.

According to him, Diebold cash machines have already been presented in certain Armenian banks, there is potential for developing business contacts with other banks as well, “according to our assessments, the potential of the Armenian market makes about 70 cash machines a year”.

“Lanit” experts presented the advantages of Diebold line cash machines’ software support, security, video surveillance systems, etc. Assemblage of Diebold cash machines is realized in the USA, China and Hungary.
