Yerevan /Mediamax/. National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) approved a law on “NKR State Budget” for the year of 2010 today.

Mediamax special correspondent reports from Stepanakert that the revenue part of the budget makes 56bln 280.1mln, the expenditure part – 59bln 879.7mln AMD, the deficit – 3bln 673.9mln AMD.

As NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan stated at the session of the parliament, “approval of the state budget evidences the confidence of the National Assembly for the government, which will allow the latter continuing the program, added to its armory from the moment of its formation”.

The Prime Minister stated that the year of 2010 will also be difficult; however the government will manage to overcome the difficulties with dignity and achieve economic growth.
