Yerevan /Mediamax/. All-Armenian Bank will start actively functioning in 2010.

Mediamax reports that Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian said this, speaking in the parliament on November 18. He informed that elaboration of the business plan for the All-Armenian Bank and selection of the Manager are entrusted to “respectable international organizations”.

Tigran Sargsian noted that in order to stimulate demand in real estate market in Armenia, four companies were provided state guarantees at the sum of 3.5bln AMD. Besides, the Central Bank will be rendering assistance to increase of demand for purchasing apartments via the Hypothec Fund, which is provided guarantees at the sum of 12bln AMD.
