Yerevan /Mediamax/. "ARMSWISSBANK" announced increase of its statutory capital by 2 bln 1 mln AMD.

Mediamax was told in the press service of “ARMSWISSBANK”, statutory capital of the bank was increased by issuing 3335 ordinary shares at the value of 600 thousand AMD each.

As of today statutory capital of “ARMSWISSBANK” makes 7 bln 2 mln AMD.
