Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Unibank” announced today new programs in the sphere of mortgage and business crediting.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that “Unibank” will resume “large-scale” mortgage crediting in primary and secondary markets.

Loans to purchase and repair real estate will be provided by the bank for the term of 10 years and with annual interest rate of 20-22%. Minimum prepayment for purchasing real estate is established at the volume of 30%, and the maximum volume of a mortgage loan will make $100 000. The program covers not only Yerevan, but also the regions of Armenia.

“Unibank” has also elaborated a new program to assist small and medium enterprises in the sphere of production, trade, services, transport, agriculture, etc. Within the framework of the given program, loans will be issued for the term of up to 5 years, and the annual interest rate of 20-24%. Maximum sum of the loan will make $200 000.
