Yerevan /Mediamax/. Turnover of “Unistream” money transfer system in Armenia in May, 2009, made $40,2mln.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Unibank” today, in January, the given index made $26mln.

The number of transfers, realized this year, made 242 165, and 50% of the entire volume of transfers in Armenia fell on the share of “Unistream”.

According to “Unibank” Director for Money Transfer Service and Control Natalya Ter-Gevorgyan, the increase of the demand for “Unistream” system is conditioned by the increase of the number of services. Besides the transfers, the customers may also replenish deposit and card accounts, repay credits, realize internet payments, payments for utility services (UNIPAY service), etc. The regular customers of “Unistream” are provided the opportunity to receive a credit line (overdraft).
