Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Ardshininvestbank” realized the first payment of the quarterly coupon of its issue of corporate bonds (ASBKB1), paying 250 AMD for each bond.

Mediamax was informed on this in the press service of the bank.

The subscription for “Ardshininvestbank” bonds started on November 10. Nominal value of bonds makes 10 thousand AMD, the total volume – 1.5bln AMD, the number of issued bonds – 150 thousand, circulation term – 12 months, annual coupon yield – 10%.

“Taking into account the successful process of first issue bond placement, in 2009, “Ardshininvestbank” plans to realize the second issue of bonds”, the bank noted.
