Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian stated today that “today many people make categorical statements against the steps of the government, however categoricity is a display of stupidity”.

Mediamax reports that Tigran Sargsian said this, speaking at a conference on “Crisis: Russian and Armenian versions”, which took place in Russian-Armenian State University (RASU).

“Armenia needs to create an atmosphere, in which an intelligent person may feel comfortable”, the Prime Minister stated. Tigran Sargsian noted the necessity of correct comprehension of the global financial-economic crisis and building of new forms and methods of state management and new forms of cooperation between the state and the private sector, as well as formation of knowledge-based economy.

A number of reports on the global crisis were presented during the conference.
