Yerevan /Mediamax/. General Director of “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” Armen Melikyan presented to the participants of “Capital Markets in Armenia” international conference in Yerevan today the conditions and advantages of undergoing listing on the Exchange.

Mediamax reports that Armen Melikyan stated that the fact of listing on Exchange is a special criterion of securities’ quality; it allows companies expanding the circle of potential investors and improving their rating.

Presenting the details of listing, Armen Melikyan stated that listing process on “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” is realized according to global criteria and guidelines of NASDAQ OMX.

“For securities in circulation on Exchange, there is always a market price, which allows shareholders being constantly aware of the cost of their investments”, Armen Melikyan stated.
