“Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization and “Apaga” Charitable Foundation have signed a memorandum of cooperation to support the educational and professional development of young people and facilitate their effective entry into the labor market. Since 2018, the “Apaga” Foundation has implemented healthcare, social, educational, and cultural programs throughout Armenia. Since 2023, the Foundation has also run the “From Education to Work: One Step” program, which supports fourth-year university students in transforming their academic training into practical experience and professional employment opportunities.As part of the program, participating students receive partial tuition reimbursement, take part in training sessions led by leading industry professionals, complete internships at partner organizations, and are given the opportunity to secure employment upon successful completion of the program.By joining this initiative, “Kamurj” UCO contributes to the professional development of young people and to building the skills required by today’s labor market.For “KAMURJ,” it is important to be more than a financial services provider – the organization seeks to be a genuine partner in initiatives that create long-term value for society, and for young people in particular.Under the memorandum, “Kamurj” UCO and the “Apaga” Foundation will work together to expand educational and professional opportunities for young people, help them realize their potential, and support their integration into the labor market.This cooperation reflects one of the core pillars of “Kamurj’s” strategy in the areas of social responsibility and human capital development.“Kamurj” UCO CJSC is supervised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
