Starting January 19, nominal coupon bonds issued by “Shen-Concern” CJSC will be traded on the free Cbond market of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex).As Mediamax was told in Armex press service, a total of 60,000 bonds of the company with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and coupon yield of 11% p.a. were admitted to trading. The bonds are due for redemption on December 2, 2011. Bonds are assigned ticker symbol SHNCB4. This is the fourth issue of “Shen-Concern” bonds that will be traded on Armex.The previous three issues (SHNCB1, SHNCB2, and SHNCB3) were redeemed in 2007 and 2008. “Shen-Concern” CJSC is involved in production and sales of construction materials. As of the end of Q3, 2008, the total capital of the company exceeded AMD 2.8 billion.Since August 2006, “Shen-Concern” CJSC has been included in the company rating provided by the Central Bank of Armenia.
