Yerevan /Mediamax/. Terrasoft Company implements a CRM-system in “Ameriabank”##.

Mediamax reports that the news release of the Company noted that the project was launched after the victory of Terrasoft in the tender among 13 participants, in which “Ameriabank” was considering CRM-solutions of all leading suppliers, including foreign products.

At present, implementation of Terrasoft CRM program is in process in the bank. “As a result of joint work of Terrasoft Consulting consultants and “Ameriabank” employees, a unique complex CRM-model was elaborated, which covers the customer, product, processing and analytical sections”, the news release reads.

“Ameriabank is a pioneer in realization of a complex CRM approach to managing the relations with the customers in the banking sphere of Armenia. Due to CRM-technology implementation, the bank will remain adherent to the chosen path, guaranteeing individual approach to each customer”, Director of bank’s Development Department Tigran Dzhrbashyan stated.

CRM is a Customer Relations Management system.
