Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) and “Armeconombank” opened the first international corporate call-center## in Yerevan today.

As the Chairman of the Board of “Armeconombank” David Sukiasyan stated at the opening ceremony, “This is a historic moment in the sphere of services, when a bank entrusts its information services to a professional in the sphere of communications – Beeline operator”.

According to him, the unprecedented initiative in the banking system of Armenia is directed to establish closer relations between the bank and the customers.

General Director of “ArmenTel” Neicho Velichkov expressed hope that the practice of cooperation with “Armeconombank” will be successful and will help not only improve the quality of service, but also increase the efficiency of the feedback, will allow better understanding the customers and their needs.

Head of Customer Service Department of “ArmenTel” Burastan Movsisyan stated that AVVAYA technology is used in the call-center, allowing classifying the requests by topics and more efficiently working with them. The technology allows using both the services of the operators, and the automated maintenance system depending on the wish of the customer.

In the first quarter of 2009, it is planned to expand the spectrum of the call-service services and provide the customers of the bank information on accounts, realize money transfers and payments, David Sukiasyan stated.

Chairman of the Board of “Armeconombank” informed that over 300 calls of the bank’s customers are received every day by 8686 short number. According to him, “ArmenTel” will carry out topical monitoring of calls, which will allow increasing the efficiency of the system.
