Yerevan /Mediamax/. The turnover of UNIStream money transfers system in Armenia by the end of August, 2008, reached $500mln, exceeding the analogous index of 2007 for 36,7%.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Unibank”, over 87% transfers by UNIStream system fall on the share of Russia. 56,4% of the transfers are realized in USD. The average volume of one transfer fluctuates up to $1500.

In July, 2008, “Unibank” implemented an on-line system of customer service, connecting the head office and the branches of capital cities to a single database. Money, transferred to Yerevan by UNIStream system, can be available for the customers in any branch of the bank in the capital city, irrespective of the address.
