Yerevan /Mediamax/. In the nearest future, “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) will announce the first step on convergence of mobile and fixed connection networks##.

General Director of the Company Neicho Velichkov said this, answering the question of Mediamax today. According to him, a few large companies already use in test mode the convergent product of “ArmenTel”.

The full-scale launch of Beeline’s convergent solutions is planned to take place in 2009.

Neicho Velichkov informed that by the end of 2008, digitalization of the urban telephone network of Armenia will make 72.8%. In the first half of 2008, Beeline invested $35,6mln to the development of fixed communication network.
