Yerevan /Mediamax/. ArmenTel company (Beeline brand) has appealed to the Administrative Court## for disputing the decisions of the Public Service Regulatory Commission and the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition.

Anush Begloyan, the head of ArmenTel Public Relations Service, told Mediamax today that the Court should set the date of hearings. She also noted that ArmenTel will provide additional information to media before the court proceedings.

On July 30, the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition fined ArmenTel of 2% from the income gained in 2007, and the Public Service Regulatory Commission fined the company of 28mn drams.
