Yerevan /Mediamax/. General Director of “South Caucasus Railroad” CJSC (SCR) Alexander Kuznetsov says## on the possibility of restoration of Kars-Gyumri railroad in the shortest terms.

As Alexander Kuznetsov told Mediamax, in case of agreement between the parties SCR is ready to restore the railroad between Turkey and Armenia through the station Akhouryan-2, which links Kars and Gyumri, by the arrival time of Turkish football fans.

According to Alexander Kuznetsov, SCR is ready to restore passenger and cargo transportation between two countries in the shortest terms.

Mediamax recalls that earlier SCR General Director told that temporary launch of railroad communication between Turkey and Armenia through the Igdir-Yerevan railroad is technically impossible.
