Yerevan /Mediamax/. Swedish Tele2 telecommunication operator considers the markets of CIS countries## an "interesting complement" to its Russian assets, Director for Investment Relations of Tele2 Lars Torstensson stated in an interview to Mediamax.

Mediamax notes that Tele2, which has submitted an application to participate in the tender to choose the third mobile operator in Armenia, operates in 13 countries of Europe, including Russia. In the course of the last year, the number of its subscribers in Russia grew for 22,2% and made 9,46mln.

Tele2 provides services of mobile and fixed connections, as well as the service of broadband internet access.
