Yerevan /Mediamax/. On June 27, “ARARATBANK” OJSC will hold the first annual meeting of shareholders##.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “ARARATBANK”, the meeting will start at 11:00 in “Ani Plaza” hotel.

“ARARATBANK” was reorganized into an open joint stock company in August of 2007.
