Yerevan /Mediamax/. Private companies in Armenia demonstrate increased demand for labor force##.

As Mediamax was told in Marketing Department of “Grant Thornton Amyot”, according to the results of the international report of “Grant Thornton International”, Armenia occupies the fourth place in the world as to the index of employment growth– in the country the given index makes 11%. The first place is occupied by Vietnam (14%), second and third places are occupied, correspondingly, by India and China.

The index of employment growth reflects the responses of the survey participants, and is calculated based on the correlation of the difference between annual increase and decrease of the personnel level as compared to the total number of employees of companies.

According to the results of the survey, 72% of Armenian private companies pay more attention to the problems of collection and preservation of human capital. In Vietnam, the given index makes 84%, in China – 81%.

Globally, the demand for labor force in private companies increased for 4%, last year the given index made 3%.
