On October 8, upon the initiative of the Consul General of Armenia in Los Angeles, Ambassador Armen Baibourtian, the Pan-Armenian Council of Western U.S.A. along with the Consulate General of Armenia held a joint emergency fundraising event to provide urgent humanitarian relief to the Homeland.

“At the event held at the Consulate General, a total amount of $3,239,500 was raised through donations, of which $2,482,273 was immediately transferred to Hayastan All Armenian Fund, with the remaining balance to be transferred within the next few days.
