Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Unibank” announced today the launch of a new program of mortgage crediting, within the framework of which the borrowers ##will be able to receive a mortgage credit without pre-pay. As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Unibank’, this credit tool will be applied for purchasing dwellings in apartment buildings of Yerevan, and instead of the pre-pay the banks will register an additional pawn – real estate in the capital, belonging to the borrower or the members of his/her family. The market cost of the additional pawn should be starting from 40% of the sum of the credit, the interest rate – 17% annually, the repayment term – up to 10 years, and the maximum sum of the credit – 60mln drams.
