Yerevan, November 13 /Mediamax/. The deal on the purchase of the Armenian Stock Exchange and the Central Depository by OMX Group will be concluded on January 3 of 2008, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Tigran Sarkisian informed today.

Mediamax reports that, speaking in the parliament, Tigran Sarkisian stated that the signing of the corresponding documents between the Armenian government and OMX Group will take place by the end of the current year.
