Yerevan, November 8 /Mediamax/. Gennady Kalgashkin is appointed new Director of “ArmenTel” for Mobile Business.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “ArmenTel” today, the basic responsibilities of Gennady Kalgashkin include the implementation of technologies, standards and the quality of mobile connection, which are accepted in “VimpelCom” Group, the provision of maximally wider representation and availability of mobile products of “ArmenTel” all over the country.

The General Director of “ArmenTel” Oleg Bliznyuk stated that, under the supervision of Gennady Kalgashkin, there was an exclusive system of sales and direct delivery of payment cards elaborated and implemented in Russia, for the successful realization of which he received the “Achievement of the year” award in 2005. “The implementation of the new system allowed in the course of only a year increasing the distribution of payment cards in Russia twice”, Oleg Bliznyuk stated.

Gennady Kalgashkin has been working in “VimpelCom” Group since 2004. Starting from February of 2007, he occupied the position of the Head of the Sales Development Department of the Commercial Directorate for CIS states.
