Yerevan, March 20 /Mediamax/. Beginning April 15, all U.S. nonimmigrant visa applicants are to pay the application fee in any branch of “Armeconombank”; Mediamax was told in the press service of the U.S. Embassy.

The press service of the Embassy noted that starting immediately, applicants who pay the application fee for U.S. nonimmigrant visas at “Armeconombank” bank will be given preference for appointments, and beginning April 15, 2007, all U.S. nonimmigrant visa applicants will be required to pay the application fee at the bank.

All other fees, including fees for multiple-entry visas will be collected by the Embassy cashier at the time of the interview.

Beginning April 15, 2007, only applicants who have paid the application fee at one of the branches of “Armeconombank” will be scheduled for a visa appointment by the consular section in Yerevan.
