Following the results of the diagnostic checks, initiated by the National Bank of Azerbaijan, three banks were deprived of the right to accept deposits from the population. Mediamax reports referring Trend that Deputy Chairman of NBA Rufat Aslanli said this. The decision on limiting the banking license of the three banks was made after the assessment of the quality of their assets and the capital. According to Aslanli, as a result of the assessment it was also revealed that the given banks did not fulfill the normative requirements of NBA either as to the aggregate capital as of January 1 of 2007. Despite the statements on the fulfillment of the normative, the real volume of their aggregate capital was formed at the level of 3,5mln - 5mln manats. According to the requirements of NBA, staring from January 1 of 2007, the aggregate capital of the banks should not be less than 8,2mln manats. Tweet Views 8876
