NKR Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan conducted a meeting in Martakert, dedicated to solving of the problems in the center of the region due to shelling by rival on April 2-5.

According to NKR governmental press service, Arayik Harutyunyan stated that a few days later Martakert residents’ losses will be basically restored, and household compensation will be granted in respect of property and equipment.

“Martakert will soon return to its former life, and for that we will spare no effort and energy. I would like to urge all Martakert residents to switch to their normal life. I assure you that the borders are strong, and the rival will not come to senses for a long time after the damage done by our army”, NKR Prime Minister said.

Arayik Harutyunyan visited Martakert hospital and thanked the staff for their devotion during military operations.

NKR Prime Minister was in one of the positions in the north wing.

Arayik Harutyunyan also visited Kashen mining complex run by the “Base Metals”.

“I am glad that despite the tense situation of the last days, this enterprise continued its work to ensure the smooth progress of the economy. Our economy should work, and nothing can prevent the development of Artsakh”, said Artsakh Prime Minister.
