Yerevan, October 3 /Mediamax/. The Board of the Central Bank [CB] of Armenia increased today the refinancing rate for 0, 25%, thus making it 4,75%. As Mediamax was told in the CB press service, the CB Board thinks that in 2006 two-digit economic growth will be secured, followed with growing inflationary pressure. The CB Board was unanimous in the opinion that in the Armenian economy phenomena of de-dollarization became stronger. “In these conditions the CB is ready to provide for the increased demand for AMDs, buying currency on the home currency market”, the Central Bank press service informed.
