The Armenian government approved a number of documents and contracts which drafts were discussed with the international legal consultant of Armenia and a group of underwriters which will place Armenia's Eurobonds on the global capital market.

Minister of Finance David Sargsyan was authorized to sign the documents on Armenia's behalf, the press service of the government reported.

The Eurobonds placement will be completed till late 2013.
