The line of companies listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX) has today been expanded by “Kamurj” UCO CJSC, a company specialized in the financial and credit sector. The company is engaged in financing agriculture, supporting both micro and large farming enterprises, provides business lending aimed at business development, and offers mortgage loans, housing improvement loans, and consumer loans.Starting from March 18, investors will have the opportunity to participate in the exchange trading of “Kamurj” UCO CJSC bonds by applying to banks or investment companies that are members of the exchange.“KAMURJ” UCO CJSC bonds, with a total nominal volume of 1,000,000,000 AMD, will be included in the secondary bond list of the Armenia Stock Exchange. A total of 20,000 bonds will be listed, each with a nominal value of 50,000 AMD, a coupon yield of 12.5%, and a circulation period of 36 months. It will also be possible to conduct negotiated trades and conclude repo transactions with these bonds.The placement of the bonds was carried out on February 3, 2026, through the placement platform of the Armenia Stock Exchange operator, with the mediation of Dimension CJSC.“The entry of “Kamurj” UCO CJSC into the capital market is a significant step in the company’s path of further development.
