Armeconombank completed the placement of its AMD-denominated bonds issued on February 23, 2026, with a total volume of AMD 4 bln within just one day.The bank reported that the bonds carry an annual coupon yield of 10.25%, with semiannual coupon payments. The circulation period is 36 months, and the maturity date is February 23, 2029. The bonds will be listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange and will be quoted by a Market Maker.Coupon payments and redemption of the bonds will be carried out according to the following schedule:• 1st payment – August 23, 2026• 2nd payment – February 23, 2027• 3rd payment – August 23, 2027• 4th payment – February 23, 2028• 5th payment – August 23, 2028• 6th payment and redemption of the nominal value – February 23, 2029.You can find detailed information about the bonds in the prospectus.In accordance with the RA Law “On Guaranteeing Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals”, funds attracted by the bank through the issuance of registered coupon bonds are considered guaranteed bank deposits and are insured by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.Armeconombank is supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia.
