Compared with February 2013, a 10% increase in passenger flow was reported at Yerevan “Zvartnots” International Airport over February 2014.

In particular, over February 2014, the airport served 100 356 passengers against 91 170 of the same period in 2013.

Over February 2014, the airport served 48 007 arriving passengers (against 40 882, over Feruary 2013) and 52 349 departing passengers (against 50 288, over Feruary 2013).

The number of flights in the same period rose by 14%. Instead of the 1219 flights in past February the number of flights operated in February 2014 was 1358.

“If 27 airlines operated regular flights to Zvartnots in February 2013, now their number is 32. Also most of the airlines increased frequencies to all destinations, which resulted in reduction of air ticket prices”, the statement of Armenia" International Airports CJSC reads.
