Head of Project Management Department of "Spayka" cargo transportation company Karen Baghdasaryan said today that 1kilograms of apricot storing started a week ago makes AMD400-500.According to Karen Baghdasaryan, over 3000 tons of apricot has been exported from Armenia from the start of storing up to now. He noted that "we have quality harvest in the places not affected by hail and it can be exported". 1 kilogram of exported apricot is sold at AMD750-800 abroad".Touching upon the fire taken place in "Spayka" in May and its possible impact on storing and exporting apricot, Karen Baghdasaryan noted that "the company did its best for the fire not to influence the storing"."The process is actively going on and our organization is going to surpass the last year's index exporting 2 500 -3000 tons of apricot", he said.Karen Baghdasaryan noted that "99% of fruit and vegetables exported by the company is sent to CIS country"."This year, we have high demand in France and Italy but there are some quality certification issues and special standards which are also depending on producers not only us", he said.
