Yerevan/Mediamax/. According to the study of the Institute for Political and Sociological Consultations (IPSC), VTB Bank (Armenia) is the leader in brand awareness among Armenian banks.

The poll involved 1200 respondents and was conducted in Yerevan and four large cities of Armenia, the bank reported.

During the poll, the respondents were asked questions about the parameters of the so-called Top of Mind, which measures the level of spontaneous brand awareness (unprompted recall of the brand name) and aided brand awareness (recognition of the brand name when prompted).  The results of the study revealed that VTB Bank (Armenia) is Top of Mind leader in Armenia, as most of the respondents first named VTB Bank (Armenia) which has the highest spontaneous brand awareness index.

The statistical results analysis revealed that VTB Bank (Armenia) is the most famous bank in Armenia and VTB brand is the most recognized one.
