Yerevan /Mediamax/.  Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan gave a positive assessment to the economic indices for the first half-year of 2012 today.

Growth of the economic activity in Armenia made 7.8% as of January-June 2012.

Summing up the first half-year, the Minister said that \"economy demonstrates positive trends and the structural changes are obvious\", Mediamax reports.

Minister was glad to point out 7.8% growth of economic activity, 13% growth of industry, 8% growth in agriculture as well as 13.5% growth of export.

\"I think the positive dynamics will continue till the end of 2012\", said Davtyan.
