Yerevan/Mediamax/. A seminar entitled “The Role of Governance in DGSs” will be held in “Marriott Armenia” hotel in Yerevan, Armenia on June 7-8. The seminar is organized by the European Forum of Deposit Insurers and Deposit Guarantee Fund of Armenia.

The seminar will also focus on presentation of the best practice of deposit insurance systems management including the government regulation of the management in European countries.

Representatives of deposit insurance organizations from 16 countries will take part in the seminar.

The Deposit Guarantee Fund officially joined the European Forum of Deposit Insurers in November 2006.
