The volume of money transfers in January-June 2011 made USD467mln, which exceeds the same index of 2010 approximately by 10%.

The money transfer turnover in rubles from the Russian Federation to Armenia has abruptly increased. The volume of transfers in rubles from Russia to Armenia in the first quarter 2011 made RUB 212mln 844 thousand, which exceeds the same index of 2010 by over 425%.
