Yerevan/Mediamax/. Seventh CIS and Baltic States Bond Congress launched in Yerevan today.

Mediamax reports that, speaking at the launch, General Director of Russian Cbonds Information Agency, the organizer of the Congress, Sergey Lyalin stated that recently Russian investors take greater interest in portfolio investments in CIS markets, and the Congress in Yerevan will help investors learn more about the investment potential of Armenia.

First Vice-President of “ Promsvyazbank” Artyom Kostandyan stated that in the period of the crisis, participants and regulators of CIS capital markets took significant efforts to increase their liquidity.

During the Congress, the practical part of which will last till July 2, participants will be presented with the securities market, as well as the financial market of Armenia, debt markets of Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Baltic States. They will also discuss the situation in world financial markets in the post-crisis period.
