Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian government approved amendments to the law on “Banks and Banking Activity” and on “Stock Companies” today.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the government that the given amendments aim at defending the rights of stock companies, including banks, and they provide for separating functions of register from other functions of a company.
