Yerevan /Mediamax/. “HSBC Bank Armenia” resumed crediting in AMD for individuals.

Crediting of individuals was resumed due to an agreement, signed with the National Mortgage Company (NHC). According to the agreement, the bank launches provision of residental property mortgage and renovation loans to Armenian citizens and permanent residents.

“The restart of AMD lending was mainly driven by the availability of funding from National Mortgage Company, strict conditions of the agreement allowing lending at minimum risk for the bank, as well as the improving tendency of economic conditions and demand for mortgage loans in the market”, Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank.
