Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Ameriabank” received ISO 9001:2008 quality management certificate, meeting international standards, from German TUV RHEINLAND GROUP.

As Mediamax was informed in Marketing Department of “Ameriabank” today, for the first time in Armenia a bank is provided ISO 9001:2008 certificate, in accordance with the new edition of the standard.

In the process of implementing quality management system with ISO 9001:2008 standard, “Ameriabank” elaborated over 65 business processes, including both the sphere of services and the accompanying processes, which are under constant control, are measured and improved.

“Considering the level of customer satisfaction as the most important index in evaluating the activity of the bank, “Ameriabank” became one of the first in the financial market of Armenia to implement and successfully apply the system of measuring customer satisfaction – NPS”, “Ameriabank” noted.

Aiming at increasing the efficiency of the quality management system activity, there is active work in process in “Ameriabank” on implementing a modern CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
