Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Armbusinessbank” announced replenishment of its authorized capital stock for 3bln 50mln AMD.

As Mediamax was told in Press Service of “Armbusinesbank”, the authorized capital stock of the bank will be replenished by Chrystie Management Inc shareholder-company.

The decision on replenishing capital was made at the special session of the general meeting of shareholders of “Armbusinessbank” CSJC.
