At the EBRD’s 35th Annual Meeting and Business Forum held in Riga, Latvia June 5-7, 2026, “ArmSwissBank” CJSC was awarded the “2025 Most Active Issuing Bank in Armenia”, which is granted based on the results of the previous year’s activities under the Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP). “This prestigious award has been received by the Bank for the 8th year in a row, reaffirming its leading position in trade finance in Armenia and its long-standing and effective partnership with the EBRD,” the news release reads.In recent years, cooperation with the EBRD has been steadily expanding. Within the framework of the Trade Facilitation Programme, the initial limit set for the bank has increased approximately 10-fold.Since 2010, the partnership established with the EBRD has played an important role for the bank not only in trade finance, but also in SME financing, and in promoting energy-efficient and green investments. Offering financial solutions to customers in line with international best practices remains one of the bank’s strategic priorities.It is noted that cooperation with the EBRD is in a continuous phase of development, and the total volume of cooperation under various programmes has so far exceeded USD 58.5 million, reflecting the strong and stable partnership between the two parties.ArmSwissBank is supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia.
