Azerbaijan bans sale of e-cigarettes

As of today, the sale and use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in Azerbaijan.

Under the new amendments, the use, import, export, production, as well as wholesale and retail sale of e-cigarettes are banned. Possession of e-cigarettes with the intent to sell is also prohibited and subject to administrative penalties.
