Starting from January 1, 2026, you will receive 2% cashback on cashless transactions made with Armeconombank Arca payment cards.

The bank reported that the cashback is provided automatically for transactions exceeding AMD 1,000, and is credited by the 25th of the following month.

The cashback per single transaction cannot exceed AMD 6,000. The cashback per reporting month cannot exceed AMD 60,000. Beneficiaries do not have any tax liabilities related to the cashback under this program.

If you have more than one Arca payment card, the maximum cashback amount remains unchanged, and the cashback will be transferred to the card used for the most recent transaction.

You will not receive cashback if the payment is made for:

•    telecommunications and utility services,
•    payments to the state and municipal budgets of the Republic of Armenia,
•    high-risk transactions (casinos, crypto assets, etc.),
•    financial and banking services,
•    Arca gift cards and single-use cards.

Cashback also does not apply to transactions related to refunds, reimbursements, or chargebacks.

Transactions carried out via electronic wallets are also excluded from the cashback program.

The program is implemented through cooperation between “Armenian Card” CJSC (Arca) and the Government of the Republic of Armenia. As the first large-scale program of its kind, it aims to promote cashless transactions and the development of digital technologies. Pilot program period is from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

The bank reminds that starting from January 1, 2026, for cashless payments made with the AEB Arca Social card (Arca Pension), you will receive 20% cashback (up to AMD 10,000), in addition to the 2% cashback program.

You can order Armeconombank Arca cards by visiting the Bank or via the AEB Mobile application, with free delivery in Yerevan, and AMD 1,000 delivery fee in the regions of Armenia.

With Armeconombank Arca cards (except Arca Social cards), you can also obtain a credit line under more favorable conditions.
